Goals

  • Set days for final design review

  • Finalize pending action items:

    • Bonding testing

      • Updates to strategy

      • Plan for testing with current timeline

    • Wheel integration plan

      • Load calculations?

      • Material choice?

        • PETG?

    • FEA

      • Areas of focus, plan for timeline

        • Areas for FEA:

          • Drivetrain wheel hubs & Drivetrain wheel hub connectors

            • Test with statically for buckling and vibration

            • Test effect of heat on ABS connector? (Less of a priority)

          • Suspension

            • Bending on bogie connector plates

            • Impact on bonding tubes, specifically the fastener?

            • Vibration on fastener + thread lock coming loose (Less of a priority)

          • Differential

            • Impact of chassis forcibly wanting to tip

    • Sponsored items update?

      • Get in by the end of this weekend!

        • Demtool only for pieces we can't machine in-house or that have tight precision

        • Demtool wishlist → EVERYONE TO DO
