- Intimidating when there's nothing easy to start with (nothing delegated, nothing to help them get to know the rover)
- Good to reinforce the importance of small tasks
- Make active efforts to ask if people know what we're talking about
- Good to include educational bits in meetings! Makes it worth it
- Big wins when everyone knows what's discussed
- Keep in mind small design tasks! → bounty channel!

- Design review meetings should be separate from update meetings
