To-Do Tasks
- If you will be working on a joint assembly, I would like you to coordinate with the other members working on your joint and create an assembly drawing
- The purpose of this drawing is to give you an understanding on how you can assembly the actual joint, and figure out what components are involved/what needs to be made
Workflow Updates
- Please make sure you are taking a look at where parts you machine are located in the actual assembly for your joint - I expect everyone to understand the purpose/function of the parts they machine and how it fits into the larger assembly
- If you are leading the assembly of joint, I would like you to update the part tracker when you finish / machine parts - no need to have me specifically check it off.
- if you are machining a part and there are some minor issues with the drawing, feel free to redline it.
- Redlining means marking up the physical piece of paper to track changes, then updating the revision of the drawing later
Responsibilities Tracking
- If you are working on assembly, I would like you to monitor the status of the part tracker and keep an eye out for outstanding parts that have not been completed.
- Austin will continue to post bounties, but if you see a part on the tracker that has not been finished feel free to message me or sort it out on your own if you are comfortable with doing so
- If you need help with your axis, feel free to ask anyone on the mech team for help, or contact Austin if you want to find someone to more evenly distribute the load
New Tasks
- Drivetrain waterjet parts
- Drivetrain 3d print
- lots o bounties
