  • Netzer encoder final review
  • Finish machining package for Demtool
  • Source new slip ring for arm
  • Call Martin Pepin Wednesday/Thursday (Spaenaur Contact)
  1. Get reimbursed (24V motors, replacement components, stock orders, McMaster-carr order)
  2. Order from McMaster-carr based on BOM (Finish Cart and double check)
  3. Order 24V Elbow motor 1 (Just order from ASSUN, send an email reply)


Main Assembly

  • Setup additional configurations for drivetrain project (low priority)

Austin Huang

  • Finished first revision for netzer encoder mounts on wrist
  • Cleaned up CAD for assemblies using netzer encoder models
  • Put parts on McMaster list for Netzer encoder mounts
    • Update forearm with netzer encoder mount CAD
    • Make new prototypes for 3D printed parts with the Prusa printer (when set up)
  • CAD maintenance for arm assembly

Jasmine Milan

  • Imported CAN breakout board REV2 into assy (Issues with PDB persist)
  • Picked cord grips for ethernet cords (needs approval)
  • Added hole on rear of panel for battery + estop connection (*need to add strain relief / specific sizing)
  • Touch base with electrical team on size of cords going through battery/estop connector hole to develop strain relief solutions
  • Mcmaster order for new components inside E-box
  • Once strain relief approved, update CAD
  • Talk to Ethan about location of batter/estop connector hole
  • Create performance configuration of E-box PCBs

Ethan Cronier

  • Battery cage redesigned
  • E-stop mount redesigned (isolated from battery cage in this design)
  • Bracket for power switch designed
  • Ordered #10 rivets
  • Finish drawings, finish review stuff, then get parts cut and folded


Assembly stuff - held up

  • Final assembly when fasteners come in (base station)
  • Assemble new rover comms bracket when fasteners and brackets come in

Rehnuma Tasneem

  • Wrist shaft machined (put it back in the box where I got it from under the center table)
  • Encoder machining (need more info on it from Tony/Austin)

Max Apitz-Grossman

  • E-box baseplate finished 
  • Still need to figure out a quick release system for ease of removal of the e-box
  • Pins probably from mcmaster carr

Medina Colabrese

  • Almost done collecting data sheets on arm sensors/motors
  • Find sponsor logos with Lance
  • Figure out a way to attach sponsor logos to panels
  • Keep planning wire routing for the arm
  • Talk to Ari about wire harnessing

Abdul Haseeb

  • Fixed the gimbal mate and removed a repetition that appeared in the other main assembly
  • Removed the 2021 design for the drive train as its no longer being used
  • Small electrical component in gimbo is not able to be deleted for some reason
  • imma do what Asha tell me 

Mathieu Harter

  • Assembled Prusa 3D printer
    • Change fasteners to Spaenaur
    • Motor mount bracket analysis 
    • Open for more tasks after exams
