Reset your Accuro/Citrix Password
Go to Accuro Cloud
Enter your username and press next.
Press Forgot Password? in the bottom left hand corner.
Click the Send me an email button.
Follow the instructions sent to your @uwaterloo.ca email
If you still cannot reset your password, submit a ticket here https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/118 to have Violet or Lance manually reset your password.
