Reset Citrix Session
With the Accuro window open (do not close even if frozen), click the up arrow ^ located in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar beside the time.
Locate the Citrix Receiver icon, right-click and select Connection Center.
Select the folder (starts with TOR) then click Log Off (NOT Disconnect). If there are multiple folders open, repeat this step. This will close the black Accuro window.
Close the Connection Center.
Re-open Accuro and it should no longer be frozen.
