Set Default Printer in Accuro

There are 2 default printers you can set up in Accuro. One is for general printing, and the other is for printing labels.

  1. Login to Accuro.

  2. Click the Accuro Menu in the lower-left corner.

  3. Click File then select User Preferences.

  4. In the Defaults and Settings section, click the magnifying glass beside the Default Printer field.

  5. Click the desired printer then click Select.

  6. Click OK to save and close User Preferences.

  3. Click File then select User Preferences.

  4. Click the Labels section in the left-hand menu bar.

  5. Click the ellipsis next to the Default Printer field and select the printer.

  6. In the Paper dropdown, select the appropriate paper (e.g., the Lab needs to select Lab Labels).

  7. Click Apply and OK to close User Preferences.
