Set an Out of Office Notification in Accuro

  1. Click Accuro main menu (red bullseye in the lower-left corner).

  2. Select Users.

  3. Select Out Of Office Notification.

  4. In the window that opens, select the Start Date and End Date for the notification.

  5. Type in your out of office message in the Notification field.

  6. Click OK to save and close.

  7. This notification message will be visible in the Task window next to your name in the list of recipients. It appears as a calendar icon with an exclamation mark inside of it. When a user hovers over the icon they can see your message along with the dates you’ve selected.

    NOTE: If a user misses your out of office notification and attempts to send you a Task, Accuro will prompt the user that you have an out of office notification and asks if they would like to proceed:
