First Login to Accuro Cloud

  1. Go to accuro.cloud.

  2. Type in your Accuro username then click Next.

  3. Type in your *new* Accuro password then click Login.

  4. You will be prompted for 2FA, check off Send push automatically then click Send Push.

     

  5. You should then receive a notification on your cellphone to verify you’re attempting to sign in to Accuro. Press Yes, It’s Me.

     

  6. It will provide tips for easily verifying pushes, press Got it. You’re now ready to open Accuro.

     

  7. You may receive the following security pop-up from Citrix when attempting to open Accuro. Check Do not ask me again for this site, then click Permit use.

     

  8. You'll be brought to the usual Citrix Storefront webpage.

  9. Next, we require Okta Verify to occasionally send you a push notification when you sign into Accuro Cloud to ensure it’s you. Please follow these instructions to set it up:

    1. Click the settings cog in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.

    2. Click the Edit Profile button.

    3. Under the Personal Information box, click the Edit button.

    4. In the Require MFA for every logon drop-down, select (default) No, use dynamic risk-based MFA.

    5. In the Regional Control drop-down, select (default) Canada Only.

    6. Click Save.
