Attaching Documents from Computer to Messages in HealthMail

We can attach documents to secure messages in HealthMail from either your computer or from the client's chart.

How to attach a document from your computer:

  1. In a new or existing HealthMail message, click the paper clip attachment button below the contents of your message and select From Computer.

     

  2. In the window that opens, select the Look In drop-down and then select Local Disk (C:).

     

  3. Select the Users folder and then select your username folder.

     

  4. Scroll to the right until you find your OneDrive folder called OneDrive - University of Waterloo.

     

  5. From there, you should be able to locate the document that you need to attach.
