Set Accuro Scanning Path
To ensure that your scanner sends scanned items to the correct location, please do the following.
Connect to the L: Drive
Open File Explorer.
Click This PC on the left side.
If you have the L: drive as shown below, you can skip to the Set Path to Save Scans section. If the L: drive is not present, continue to step 4.
Right-click This PC on the left side.
Click Map Network Drive.
Use the dropdown menu to choose L: as the drive.
In the Folder field, enter \\flaxseed\ReadyForAccuro.
Ensure Reconnect at sign-in is checked.
Click Finish.
Set Path to Save Scans
Scan an item with your scanner.
When prompted, save it in the L: drive in the appropriate folder.
Your scans will only exist temporarily in the L: drive folder you choose. After 10 seconds or so, the file will be automatically moved to the S: drive where it can be accessed by Accuro.
Access Scanned Files in S: Drive
After you have scanned items to the L: drive, they will automatically be moved to the S: drive.
To access the S: drive, go to https://accuro.cloud/ and login. From that page, click the Windows Explorer icon (yellow folder).
You will then see the S: drive under Network locations and can find/access the folder where your scans are located.
Accessing the S: drive this way is handy if you need to delete items you scanned accidentally or need to check a scanned file for any reason.
