Syncing Appointments for Kiosk

The kiosk only knows about appointments in the Ocean Portal; it does not read Accuro schedules directly. The Ocean Portal is set up to sync/pull our Accuro schedules on a 30-minute interval, for all configured providers. 

If you need to sync/pull appointments manually:

  1. Open Ocean.

  2. Under the menu, find Cloud Connect.

    It’ll ask for a second login, use the same credentials.

  3. To sync/pull existing Accuro appointments into the Ocean portal, click Sync Full Schedule.
