Sign a document received from HealthMail
Students are sometimes required to sign and send back a document via HealthMail which then requires a witness to sign the document.
Here's how to sign the document as a witness after it has been received from the student via HealthMail and then put it into the student's chart.
Open Google Chrome and go to https://citrix.cloudwerx.com/.
Login with your WatIAM username (e.g., lgchase) and password.
Click the Accuro link to open Accuro.
Open the Patients module and search for the student.
Open the EMR module and switch to the Virtual Chart tab.
Find and open the HealthMail item in the Virtual Chart.
Click the link in the HealthMail to the completed document. This will likely be the latest one created by the student.
In the window that opens, click Save As and save the document to your computer temporarily (e.g., in your Downloads folder).
Click Open. If prompted to choose a program, select Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
In Adobe Acrobat/Reader, click Fill & Sign.
Sign the document.
Open File Explorer and put the document into the L drive in a scanning folder (e.g., Specialized-Care-Scans).
Go back to Accuro and open the Documents module.
Click the blue folder at the bottom and open the corresponding S drive folder where you put the document in Step 12 (e.g., Specialized-Care-Scans).
Select the document and upload it to the student's chart.
Open File Explorer and go to the area on your local computer where you saved the document in Step 8. Delete the document from your computer.
