Reset your Accuro/Citrix Password
Go to Accuro Cloud.
Enter your username and press next.
Press Forgot Password? in the bottom left hand corner.
Click the Send me an email button.
Follow the instructions sent to your @uwaterloo.ca email
If you still cannot reset your password, submit a ticket at https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/118 to have the Tech Team manually reset your password.
