What to do when Accuro is unavailable
Accuro is available over 99% of the time but, since it requires an internet connection and Citrix in order to work, there's always a chance something will go down and prevent us from using it.
In the event that you can't access Accuro (and still have an internet connection), please check https://status.qhrtech.com/ to see information about which system is down and what QHR is doing to resolve the problem.
You might also be able to connect to Accuro using a mobile hotspot.
Create a Mobile Hotspot
Accuro is normally available at Accuro Cloud | Login. In the event of an internet outage at your office, you could try to use your smart phone as a mobile hotspot (if you have sufficient data available).
