What to do when Accuro is unavailable

Accuro is available over 99% of the time but, since it requires an internet connection and Citrix in order to work, there's always a chance something will go down and prevent us from using it.

In the event that you can't access Accuro (and still have an internet connection), please check QHR Technologies Status Page Status to see information about which system is down and what QHR is doing to resolve the problem.

You might also be able to connect to Accuro using a mobile hotspot.

Create a Mobile Hotspot

Accuro is normally available at Accuro Cloud | Login. In the event of an internet outage at your office, you could try to use your smart phone as a mobile hotspot (if you have sufficient data available).
