Login to Accuro Cloud

  1. Use the Accuro desktop shortcut on your computer or go to https://accuro.cloud/.

  2. Type in your Accuro username (e.g., lgchase or lgchase@accuro.cloud) then click Next.

  3. Enter your Accuro password then click Login.

  4. If you are prompted for 2FA, check off Send push automatically then click Send Push.

     

  5. You should then receive a notification on your cellphone to verify you’re attempting to sign in to Accuro. Press Yes, It’s Me.

     

  6. If you receive the following security pop-up from Citrix, check Do not ask me again for this site, then click Permit use.

  7. You'll be brought to the usual Citrix Storefront webpage where you can click the Accuro EMR button which will launch Accuro. Please be patient as it takes a minute or so to load.
