Onboarding Users in Cliniconex

Do the following when a new provider joins Campus Wellness and needs to have appointment reminders sent on their behalf to patients/clients via Cliniconex.

  1. Set up the new provider in Accuro to the point that you are able to create an appointment in their schedule with a fake patient (e.g., Clark Kent). Be sure to set the appointment during a date/time outside their normal working hours.

  2. Send an email using the following template to Marnie Reiche (marnie@cliniconex.com).

Hello Marnie,

We have a new provider starting with us: Dr. FirstName LastName.

S/He is in the (Health Services / Counselling Services / Specialized Care) office and will need to have the same appointment reminders as Dr. FirstName LastName (name of similar provider who is already setup with Cliniconex).

I’ve setup a test appointment for (date/time) which will just wait for normal appointment reminder timing to run.
