Process Ocean form submissions and push them into Accuro

  1. Login to Ocean at https://ocean.cognisantmd.com/ocean/portal.html.

  2. If not directed there automatically, click the Menu button and select Website Forms.

  3. Use the drop-down menu to choose PHQ-9.

  4. Click New.

  5. Click the submission you wish to process.

  6. In the window that opens, click the Import into EMR button at the bottom.

  7. Click Close at the bottom-right.

  8. Use the drop-down menu to choose GAD-7.

  9. Click New.

  10. Click the submission you wish to process.

  11. In the window that opens, click the Import into EMR button.

  12. Click Close at the bottom-right.
