Create Note Templates

The Template Wizard allows you to create new Note Templates. If you require access to the Template Wizard and you do not have it, please submit a ticket.

  1. Click Accuro main menu (red bullseye in the lower left corner).

  2. Type in and select Template Wizard.

     

  3. A list of all current Note Templates are on the left-hand side:

     

  4. To create a new template, click the green plus icon.

     

  5. Name the template and check off the Offices where the template should be available.

     

  6. Write the contents of the template in the large white area.

  7. What can we add to Templates?

    1. Tags: Right-click anywhere in the white area to view information that can be pulled.

    2. Clickable Fields (please see here for more details)

    3. Queries:

      1. Click the Query button.

         

      2. In the Labs tab; select the Lab Test, Result, Result time-frame, and whether you want the Date or Result to be populated in the template.

         

      3. In the Medical History tab; select the History type and how you’d like the history to be displayed in the template.

  8. Click Save Changes once complete.
