General Meetings
First general meeting was completed. Thank you for all of your contributions! What went well, how should we plan for the rest of this term?
First Meeting Retrospective

Future General Meetings
Idea courtesy of Wolfgang (how things used to run):
Bi-weekly general meetings showing quick subteam updates (~10-15min, picture heavy)
Split booked room into general work session (in bay, or in booked space) for remainder of hour
Leads Feedback:
Other ideas?
Leads Meeting Schedule
Meetings will be hosted every Wednesday from 8:00pm-8:45pm. If you can make it, please come in person!
Leads Meeting Format Proposal for Subsequent Weeks:
Introduce “pre-reading” to save time.
Lead meeting agenda will be posted on the Monday before the weekly leads meeting for the rest of the term
All leads should fill in a brief overview of past weeks progress on active tasks (tasks assigned, completed, ones that made good progress, etc) by the evening of the Tuesday before the leads meeting
All leads should scan the filled in meeting notes PRIOR to joining the meeting
I will keep score of who does not follow these guidelines.
if you miss filling in your updates: +1 naughty points
whoever has the most naughty points by end of term has to buy everyone else a round at Molly's
Ideal Meeting Format
Administrative Pre-Amble (<8min), changes on a week by week basis depending on new stuff that needs to get talked about
Review of weekly updates/ previous week’s action items (<10min)
Relay prerequisites
Active Priority Review (whats our main goal right now?) (<2min)
Free-form discussion on points of interest based on updates and new things to work on (<20min)
Determining and assigning action items for the upcoming week for each Subteam/lead (<10min)
Confluence
Process to add people on confluence has been shared, courtesy of Rocketry! Gaining Edit Access to Confluence
Need to be an admin in our space - contact IT to delete old admins and make sure Austin/Peter/Chan have perms
New Member Management
If your team has a large influx of members, make training a requirement to get started on tasks
Consider grouping multiple members to pair up and work together on the same task. Forms good bonds
Allow core members on your team to delegate easy tasks for new members
Set up in person work sessions (i.e. if you need to work on something, ping your channel a day in advance as a heads up). Let people shadow you or work on training in parallel.
