Adding Exchange courses

This is in place to add exchange courses that the records area has requested of Scheduling.

Exchange courses are always added with a cap of 1 as the Records team can override the cap.

The campus and location are always “OFF EXCHANGE”.

There’s no change to consent unless specified.

Add the course with the default primary component type and remove any extra components that are added using the Adjust Class Associations Quest page.

There should be no reserves, unless they have specifically asked for.
