Scheduling does not do this task, this should be be done by the operations team in Records.
The purpose of running a course roll, is when something has changed in the catalog, like the course title, or catalog number, but the course has already been scheduled for a future term. You would need to make this change so that it appears on the schedule of classes.
In Quest:
Curriculum Management → Roll Curriculum Data Forward → Course Roll
