Fixing Mismatched Class Components

PURPOSE

 The purpose of this procedure is to detect and delete unnecessary components from classes before students are enrolled. 

PROCEDURE

  1.  Run the query named UW_RS_SCH_MISSING_COMPONENT_JV

  2. Select appropriate term

  3. In Peoplesoft go to:

    1. Curriculum Management → Schedule of Classes → Adjust Class Associations

    2. Enter the “Term” and “Course Id” number

    3. Delete the appropriate components listed on the query

  4. Save

  5. Do this for each Course ID on the query.
