Once the queries have been sent out and the day course build opens this email gets sent out.

Good morning future term course builders!
Beginning today, it’s time to build the Winter 2023 Term Undergraduate Course Offerings List. This list is separate from the Schedule of Classes which deals with the real sections you are offering. The Course Offerings List is a listing of all Pre-enrolment Course Selection sections.

Access to Course Build will run from today (Sept 15) until Sept 16.

You’ll see on the attached Winter 2023 scheduling cycle that upper year students will make their course selections beginning Sept 23.
REMINDER: If you are not going to offer a course in the Winter 2023 term (or if you don’t want the section available for Course Selection), please delete it from your list by selecting the negative symbol beside it. Courses are added by selecting the plus symbol and then filling in the appropriate information. Please pay close attention to campus and location information when adding or deleting courses/sections. And please ensure that if you add/remove a course/section, you submit a request to add/remove a corresponding “real” course/section onto the Schedule of Classes by emailing regstep@uwaterloo.ca.
