• Eng Soc funding from F2021 was released! There is also still funding left over from past terms from Eng Soc, Mech/Electrical leads can check the Master Tracking Sheet to see what we have left! Those things can all be ordered as soon as you’d like. Reminder that Eng Soc funding can only be used for what item we requested it for!

• EXPIRING FUNDING: Mechanical, you have $535 to spend on a drill and or angle grinder. This must be purchased and processed by the end of the term. If we don’t use it, the money is gone forever.

• I have no further updates for WEEF, other then we are working around them and going straight through Peter to Finance. Cindy, I will start collecting your documents and going through them again so that if it works with our other purchases to go through Peter, we can do yours right away.

• Thanks to Emily for submitting lots of purchases and catching some “odd” scenarios for the tracking system! I will update it this week sometime. If the following comes up, please talk to me:

  • Eng Soc Reimbursement (All the same steps will apply, it’s just a different reimbursement form!)

  • Paying with your WAT card

  • Submitting something that we got for free but needs to be counted as part of the Rover Budget
