Campus Admin - Adding staff as faculty
This will be a procedure to show you what to do when there’s an instructor that isn’t listed from the Faculty LDAP sync and they are Staff but are also an instructor attached to a course and are coming in with errors in the transfer.
You will get an error report that looks like this:
Log into Campus Admin:
under Management → Institutional Address Book → Ancillary
Search for their name:
Under Scheduling resource information select the plus button to add a scheduling resource type:
You did it, the error messages should stop coming into regstep!
