To change the times when a room can be bookable:
That is found under:
Management → Room Administration → Room Administration Patterns → then the room pattern you’re wishing to change
The room attached to the room admin pattern can now only be booked from 7am – 7pm – this also applies to Campus as well as watrooms (Portal).
