  • Find the room under "Management -> Institutional Space -> Rooms 

  • add the pavilion (only one if it's non-reg space) 

 

  • check used for scheduling and used in Infosilem Timetabler (if for Bookings only checked "used for scheduling") 

  • Add room admin pattern (Course) 

  • Portal settings should be PVO.
