Admin

Administrator

Some minor restrictions to the full system. Only Super has unresricted access to Campus Admin.

Portal

Self Service

Staff that work in the RO have Portal self service to book their own hotelling stations in the NH and EC2. Security is added through a grouper controlled by RO Admin

Web Scheduler

 

The Scheduling Office staff have Campus Web access to change/add/delete academic bookings in RO managed rooms

Enterprise Admin

 

This was formerly Elysia’s role when Sheila had full admin. Elysia had Admin over the portal only, and could change what terms were displayed.

Portal View Only

 

All Full time staff on campus have portal view only access through watrooms

Web Scheduler - Bookings

 

The Central stores staff have Campus Web access to change/add/delete non academic bookings in RO managed rooms and green spaces

The original idea was to give someone on campus access to run and pull reports using Campus information. They are no longer at the Unviersity or access the system, this role is currently unsed
