This procedure should let you know where to find the templates and iCalendar Attachment Templates

Log into Campus Admin.

 

For iCalendar Attachment Templates:

Management → Messaging Templates → iCalendar Attachment Templates

Select iCalendar Attachment Templates

Currently we are using the one labelled as “default”

Select the default one

This is how it will appear on an outlook calendar:

For Messaging Templates:

Portal → Messaging Templates → portal - Self Service Booking Confirmed
