The next step is two options:

Option A – Forced times or Option B – Pattern

Option A: Forced Times

We usually don’t need to enter in forced times as reps should be entering in patterns and forced pattern times, however once the DCU closes the schedulers would need to enter in the times for a forced course.

Under duration enter the duration of how long the course will be held, pick the day from the drop down list that will come up when you’re on that cell, and enter in the start time. The end time will populate automatically.

Then save (Ctrl +S) or the save icon. and the end time will populate.

Option B - Pattern

Go to Time tab in Delivery box to add times.  Right click to add new pattern request time under the Pattern Requests. Right click in pattern tab then hit add

Click the empty box where it says pattern then hit F9, or those three dots

Find the meet pattern you want, highlight by clicking it, then press enter, or double click on the pattern

If they do not care about the time that’s being entered we can pick a time that works with the academic blocks, instructors constraints. They also can have have the times run through scheduler as well if the schedule hasn’t been run through yet.

Picking a pattern time;

Click on the Assigned Pattern Subset and hit F9 or the three dots, or right click and select Lookup…

Double click on the pattern time, or select one and hit enter.
