Ricoh - Adding RICOH Printers on macOS

To add the printer you’ll need it’s IP Address Ricoh - Obtaining IP Address of a RICOH Printer

 Instructions

1. Download the Printer Driver for your OS version from https://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/imc4500/imc4500.htm

2. Open the DMG file and then open the included PKG file

3. Follow the prompts to install the printer driver

4. Open System Settings > Printer & Scanners and click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax at the bottom

5. Select the IP tab and enter the IP address of the printer and HP Jetdirect - Socket for the protocol, enter the Name and Location of the printer.

   Open

   

    

    

6. Click the Use dropdown and click on “Select Software…”

    

7. Select RICOH IM C4500 PS or the model that closely matches your printer and click OK
