Software assistance

Assistance and support for the installation, setup, and use of software on university-owned computers.

Instructors may request additional installation or modification of software on public lab workstations for courses. The ACO also facilitates the purchase and deployment of specialized software for staff and faculty as needed. The costs associated with specialized software will vary, and should be discussed with the ACO.
