About this Service

Scinage is a digital signage platform developed by Science Computing at the University of Waterloo. It is a web-based system which will work on any browser-enabled (works best on Chrome) internet-connected device on the University's internal network.

Scinage makes it very easy to deploy, manage, and update content on digital screens by using a wide array of "widgets" developed by members of the University Community.

Requests for digital signage sent to us will be displayed on three displays within the Faculty of Arts; you may see these below:

Who Can Use this Service

  • Current students

    • Current undergraduate students

  • Staff

Requesting this Service

Fill in the Digital Scinage Post Request Form, and click submit to send us the submission form.

Please review our digital scinage guidelines and download our digital scinage powerpoint template (ppt). Once you have modified the file, please save it and upload it to the form.
