Ricoh - How to Update Printers to Thick Paper Setting to Avoid Misfeed Error

Changing RICOH printers to thick paper setting may help if your printer is continuously showing a printer misfeed error. Follow these steps based on your OS:

Windows:

Go to settings > printers and copiers > select the printer

 > printer preferences> paper type > thick 2

Mac:

When printing go to printer options > printer features > feature sets select “paper”> paper type select “Thick 2”.
