Installing Printer Drivers:

1. Locate the Ricoh printer drivers that were downloaded on your computer

a. To install the driver, double-click on the driver

2. A new window will open

a. Double-click the driver icon that looks like an Open box

3. After double-clicking on the installation icon. A new Install window will open

a. Click Continue

b. Software License Agreement

i. Click Continue

c. On the next window. Click on Agree

d. On the next window. Click Install

e. A new window will open for authentication

i. Input your admin or user account password
ii. Click on Install Software

f. On the next window. Click Close

g. Either keep or delete the Ricoh printer driver
