Ricoh - Release Secure Print Job

Purpose:

Setting up, sending, and releasing a secure print job.

Procedures:

For Ricoh printers, perform the following:

  1. Change the Job Type to Locked Print...

  1. Click Details

  1. Change User ID to Windows Login Name.

  2. Enter a Password. This User ID and Password is created by you and is used to retrieve the Secure Print job from the printer

  1. Click OK

  2. Click OK

  1. Click OK or Print to send the Secure Print Job to the printer

Retrieve a Secure Print Job

  1. At the physical console, select home page > quick Print Release

  1. Select your print job identified by your name

  1. Enter your password

  1. Select your print job > press print
