Ricoh - Adding User codes and setting default black and white printing
It is important to set your printer to a default of black and white to reduce costs.
Setting the default to black and white
Select Start, type print and select printers and scanners
Select your copier
Select Manage for that printer
Select Printer Properties

Select the Advanced Tab and then Printing Defaults

Select Black and White for the Color Mode (Close to the middle)

Select the User Code Setting (top right)

and select OK
Select Apply and Apply and OK
This will set the default to Black and White printing for print jobs and set your user code for printing
