Adding RICOH Printers Directly to Windows Device

 Instructions

  1. Download the PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print Ricoh Driver from https://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/imc4500/imc4500.htm

  2. Run to unzip in your c:\temp folder

  3. Open Settings>Bluetooth and Devices and click Add Device

  4. Click Add Manually

  5. Click Add printer using IP address or hostname then click Next:

  6. Add the Select Device type as TCP/IP, add the IP address, uncheck Query the printer … and click Next:

     

     

  7. From the Drop Down menu select the Ricoh C Model:

     

  8. Click Have Disk on the next popup and browse to the location you unzipped the Ricoh drivers:

     

  9. Choose PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print and click Next

  10. Rename the printer to its hostname and click next:

     

     

  11. Make sure that the Do not Share radio button is selected. Click Finish on the next popup
