RICOH - Adding RICOH Printers Directly to Windows Device
Purpose
To add the printer you’ll need it’s IP Address https://nxsartsapp.uwaterloo.ca/Reports/AuthenticatedPrinterInfo/ArtsPrintersMain.html or Ricoh - Obtaining IP Address of a RICOH Printer

Instructions
Verify the RICOH Printer model and download the corresponding PCL6 Driver Ricoh Driver:
Model = IM C3010 - URL: IM C3000/C3500 Downloads | Ricoh Global
Model = IM C5000 - URL: IM C4500/C6000 Downloads | Ricoh Global
Model = IM C400F - URL:
IM C300F/C400F/C400SRF Downloads | Ricoh Global
Model = IM 550F - URL:

Model = IM 5000 - URL:
IM 2500/2500A/3000/3000A/3500/3500A/ 4000/5000/6000 Downloads | Ricoh Global
Run to unzip in your c:\temp folder
Open Settings>Bluetooth and Devices and click Add Device
Click Add Manually
Click Add printer using IP address or hostname then click Next:
Add the Select Device type as TCP/IP, add the IP address, uncheck Query the printer … and click Next:
From the Drop Down menu select the Ricoh C Model:
Click Have Disk on the next popup and browse to the location you unzipped the Ricoh drivers:
Under the r01294L1a folder > select disk1 > select r4600.inf > Open
Choose PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print and click Next
Rename the printer to its hostname and click next:
Make sure that the Do not Share radio button is selected. Click Finish on the next popup
Make sure to set your default to black and white https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/wiki/x/CQR-WQo
