Important things to note would be:

• DFM considerations (certain parts of the assembly that are difficult to put together)

• Fit checks - what parts are not assembling properly (things that feel too tight, too loose, etc.)

• General joint stack up observations (fastener consolidation, ways to simplify the design, etc).
