Mapping Drives - Windows

If you are working offsite, ensure you are first connected to the VPN before following these steps

Personal N Drive

The N drive give you access to your personal drive/files at Renison.

  1. Open the File Explorer (a shortcut for this is to press the Windows Key + E)

  2. Click on “This PC”

  3. At the top, under the “Computer” tab, select “Map network Drive”

  4. In the window that appears, fill in the following information:
    Drive Letter: “N”
    Folder: \\renfileu\renhome$\WatIAM_ID (Example \\renfileu\renhome$\anwester)
    Check off “Connect Using different credentials”

  5. Click Finish

  6. When the credential window pops up enter your WatIAM username and password as follows:
    Username: Nexus\WatIAMusername (Example: nexus\anwester)
    Password: WatIAM Password

  7. Click OK

R Drive

The R drive give you access to the Shared Folders at Renison.

  1. Open the File Explorer (a shortcut for this is to press the Windows Key + E)

  2. Click on “This PC”

  3. At the top, under the “Computer” tab, select “Map network Drive”

  4. In the window that appears, fill in the following information:
    Drive Letter: “R”
    Folder: \\filed\renison$\
    Check off “Connect Using different credentials”

  5. Click Finish

  6. When the credential window pops up enter your WatIAM username and password as follows:
    Username: Nexus\WatIAMusername (Example: nexus\anwester)
    Password: WatIAM Password

  7. Click OK

 

Marketing M Drive

The Marketing Drive is only available to certain people. If you need access please let us know.

  1. Open the File Explorer (a shortcut for this is to press the Windows Key + E)

  2. Click on “This PC”

  3. At the top, under the “Computer” tab, select “Map network Drive”

  4. In the window that appears, fill in the following information:
    Drive Letter: “M”
    Folder: \\filed\renison_Media$\Marketing
    Check off “Connect Using different credentials”

  5. Click Finish

  6. When the credential window pops up enter your WatIAM username and password as follows:
    Username: Nexus\WatIAMusername (Example: nexus\anwester)
    Password: WatIAM Password

  7. Click OK
