 How to Input your user code in the Ricoh printer

This task only needs to be completed once for each printer you use.  If you do not include a user code the job will delete without letting you know. Printers should install automatically, if you need a printer installed submit a ticket at http://helpdesk.renison.ca .

 1. Search for control and then select Control Panel.

 2. Under Hardware and Sound select View devices and printers.

  1. Right-click the printer icon you will use and then click Printer Properties.

 4. Once the printer preferences open select Detailed Settings.

  1. Select Job Setup and then enter your four-digit user code under User Code:

  1. Click on Apply and then OK to close the window.
