Installing the ELS Marking Tool

The ELS Marking Tool will only install if the user has the correct permissions. If the following steps do not work, please contact Renison IST

This tool will only automatically install on Domain Joined computers. If you unsure if your computer is domain joined, please contact Renison IST

Step 1: Log out

If you are already logged into the computer, you will need to log out. If you are not logged in, continue to Step 2.

  1. Open the Start Menu

  2. Click on Your account

  3. Choose “Sign out”

Step 2: Connect the VPN (Only needed if working remotely)

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, as if you were going to log in

  2. Click on the VPN icon on the bottom right side of the screen

  3. Click Connect on the Cisco window that appears

  4. Log into the VPN using your WatIAM username and password

  5. In the 'Second Password' field, enter one of the following to authenticate for 2FA, then click OK.

    1. For Duo Mobile push: enter 'push'

    2. For Duo hardware token or Duo app: enter your 6-digit code

    3. For Duo Bypass code: enter your bypass code

    4. For Yubikey: enter the code generated by touching the Yubikey

Step 3: Log in

Once the VPN is connected (if working remotely), you can now log in.

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete

  2. If needed, choose “Other User” at the bottom left side of the screen

  3. Enter in your WatIAM Username and password and press “ENTER”.
