  1. Visit http://helpdesk.renison.ca or https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10

  2. Login with your eight character userid@uwaterloo.ca

  3. Select Log in with single sign-on

  4. You will be redirected to the standard sign in page

  5. Once signed in select the service you need help with
