Step 1: Connect the VPN

1. Once the Internet/Ethernet is connected, click on the VPN icon on the bottom right side of the screen

   Open

   

2. Click Connect on the Cisco window that appears

   Open

   

3. Log into the VPN using your WatIAM username and password

4. In the 'Second Password' field, enter one of the following to authenticate for 2FA, then click OK.

   1. For Duo Mobile push: enter 'push'

   2. For Duo hardware token or Duo app: enter your 6-digit code

   3. For Duo Bypass code: enter your bypass code

   4. For Yubikey: enter the code generated by touching the Yubikey

Step 2: Log in

1. Once the VPN is connected, you can now log in.

2. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete

3. If needed, choose “Other User” at the bottom left side of the screen

4. Enter in your WatIAM Username and password and press “ENTER”.
