Creating a comment library

Creating a comment library

Crowdmark allows for providing very rich feedback to your students. By creating a comment library, comments can be managed and accessed through the book icon in the grading toolbar.

With a comment library, Instructors and Facilitators can see everyone’s comments on a specific question. Additional features of the comment library are :

  • Adding comments

  • Grouping together Identical comments as a single comment in the library, allowing you to make changes to all instances of a comment (including already marked assessments).

  • Below each comment you will see the number of times it has been used. You can click on this number to show all evaluations using the comment using the filter tool.

  • Instructors and Facilitators can set up comments in the comment library before grading starts.

  • A comment can be shared with the grading team by turning on its “Share with team” toggle. Shared comments will appear in every grader’s comment suggestions.

See https://crowdmark.com/help/using-the-comment-library/ for full instructions on the comment library features.
