How to Start a Video Call

  1. After installing RALLY PLUS make sure it is the default device in your video conferencing application. 

  2. Begin by selecting Rally Plus to be the camera, speaker, and microphone in your video conference applications.  

Troubleshooting for Logitech

  2. In the case of audio disconnection or error:

    1. Access settings for the pc/laptop device you are using.

      1. Go to Settings > Sound.

      2. Select: “Echo Cancelling Speaker Phone (Logi Rally Audio)“

      3. Ensure that the Input and Output options are connected to this option named above.

    2. If the audio/microphone still does not work:

      1. Unplug the camera cable.

      2. Then try plugging in again.

      3. The camera should work now.

    3. A third way of making sure the Logitech Rally Plus is connected to the correct audio and microphone settings for input and output is to:

      1. Connect the video conferencing app’s sound settings to the device.

How To Pair Rally Plus to a Bluetooth Device

  1. Once it is paired to a Bluetooth device, you can use Rally Plus for audio calls.

  2. To begin, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote.

    1. When you see the flashing blue light on the camera and microphone, you can let go of the button.

  3. Place your mobile device in Bluetooth pairing mode.

    1. Select “Logitech Rally“.

  4. Finished! You should now be connected.

How to Pair a Remote Control to Rally Plus

  1. Press down and hold the button on the camera until the LED flashes.

  2. Press and hold the button on the Display Hub until the LED flashes.

  3. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote control until the LEDs on both the camera and Display Hub stop flashing.

  4. If the pairing fails, repeat from step one.
