Connecting AV Devices to Remote Desktop

Before connecting to the remote computer, change the settings below as appropriate.

When using Skype for Business or Teams in your remote session, you may need to select the remote audio or video device that you are connecting.

Connecting a Headset/Microphone

Click the “Show Options” button at the bottom-left corner.

Select the “Local Resources” tab, then click the “Settings” button under Remote Audio.

Select “Record from this computer” under Remote audio recording.

Connecting a Camera

Click the “Show Options” button at the bottom-left corner.

Select the Local Resources tab, then click the More button at the bottom.

Check on “Video capture devices.”
