Zoom Outlook Plugin

  1. Open Outlook

  2. In the Home tab click on Get Add-ins

  3. In the window that appears, click in the Search field, type in Zoom and choose the Zoom for Outlook option

  4. Click on Add

  5. Once it’s finished, close and reopen Outlook

  6. Create a new meeting invite in Outlook

  7. Click on Zoom and choose Settings

  8. To log in, choose Sign in with SSO

  9. Enter in uwaterloo into the site field and click Continue

  10. Log in using your WatIAM account and password

  11. You will need to authenticate using 2FA as well

  12. When successfully signed in, you will be able to create Zoom meetings in Outlook.
